Burger King Bringing Back Three Popular Burgers Tomorrow

Burger King is bringing back its popular BK Stackers lineup on January 5, 2023.

This reintroduction is part of the brand’s effort to reconnect with customers and improve its position in the fast-food market, particularly after falling behind Wendy’s as America’s second most popular burger chain in 2021.

The BK Stackers range includes three variations:

Double BK Stacker:

Consists of two flame-grilled beef patties, two slices of American cheese, crispy bacon, and Burger King’s signature Stacker Sauce, all served on a toasted sesame seed bun.

Triple BK Stacker:

This version has three beef patties, three slices of American cheese, bacon, and Stacker Sauce.

Quadruple BK Stacker:

The largest option, featuring four beef patties, four slices of American cheese, bacon, and Stacker Sauce.

These burgers are a nod to Burger King’s commitment to quality and are part of their “Reclaim the Flame” campaign, launched to enhance the premium quality of its burgers.

The reintroduction aims to tap into nostalgia and current trends of offering more substantial and indulgent menu options.

The Quad BK Stacker, for instance, contains more than a pound of meat, including bacon strips, and is topped with four slices of American cheese.

These burgers were first introduced 15 years ago and gained popularity, especially among the 18-to-24-year-old demographic, contributing to a boost in sales at the time.

However, there is some concern about the potential pricing due to current economic inflation, as well as the high calorie count of these burgers.

The Quad Stacker, for example, previously contained close to 1,000 calories, putting it in the same league as other high-calorie fast-food options.

The estimated prices for these Stackers are approximately $4.39 for the Double, $5.39 for the Triple, and $6.39 for the Quadruple BK Stacker, though prices may vary by location.
